Terms & Conditions

Operator: Capability Hub is a collaboration between Purpose Partner (sole trader, New Zealand) and Fundamental Ventures Limited (NZBN 9429049398618).
Payments will appear on your bank statement in the name of: Purpose Partner.

1. About Our Workshops
Capability Hub offers professional development workshops and related materials for individuals and teams. By registering or paying for a workshop, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Bookings and Payments
All bookings are made and paid for online via our website using Stripe. Prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.

Your booking will be confirmed once payment is received.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel and receive a full refund up to 14 days before the first session of your workshop series.
 

Within 14 days of the start date, refunds or transfers are at our discretion. We’ll do our best to find a solution that works for you (such as transferring to a future series) but cannot guarantee a replacement date.
 

You may transfer your place to a colleague at any time up to the first session.

4. Use of Materials and Intellectual Property
All content and materials provided in Capability Hub workshops are jointly owned by Purpose Partner and Fundamental Ventures Limited.
You’re welcome to use the materials for your own learning or within your organisation, but you can’t distribute, sell, or commercialise them without written permission.

5. Our Responsibility and Liability
We aim to deliver high-quality learning experiences, but the content is for general information only.


To the maximum extent permitted by law, Capability Hub, Purpose Partner, and Fundamental Ventures Limited are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from participation in our programmes or use of our website.

6. Privacy
We respect your privacy and handle personal information in line with our Privacy Policy.

7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be handled by New Zealand courts.
